SOLIX is an Internet Exchange Point (IXP) based on GigabitEthernet. and initiated by Arrowhead as a non-profit project together with Lidero Networks, Utfors and the IT-university/KTH.

The IXP is established on the following locations:

  • Arrowhead's Telehouse in Vreten (Solna)
  • Stokab's fiber hub in central Stockholm (operated by Lidero Networks).
  • Utfors' premises in Solna
  • Stokab's fiber hub, Isafjordsgatan 39, Kista (operated by IT-Universitetet)

All nodes are connected (same broadcast domain) so that you have full connectivity to all others connected to SOLIX, independently of which node you are connected to.
